Telaga Tujuh

Telaga Tujuh or Seven Pools refer to the seven natural pools above the fall. Already well-known this waterfall is spectacular, with one stage falling a sheer 25 metres. The pools are ideal for a cool dip. Located on the island of Langkawi, the fall is 34 kilometres from Kuah and can be reach directly by car.

The waterfalls of Kedah, though littleknown, are among the most beautiful and spectacular in the whole country.

Durian Perangin

One of the most beautiful waterfalls in Kedah, on the legendary island of Pulau Langkawi, Durian Perangin consists of five stages each with its own special appeal. The first fall, for instance, is a fast-flowing rapids with a natural pool for swimming while the third fall is a breathtaking 30-metre drop ending in a large pool for swimming ang bathing, with some parts as deep as 2 metres.

Located about 17 kilometres from Kuah, the administrative centre of Langkawi, this waterfall can be reach by a 2.5 kilometre track from Kuah-Tanjung Rhu road either on foot or by jeep.
